Action and Notes Windows
Action and Notes windows allow you to focus on a single action or note and to format your text to give everything the right level of emphasis. Simply double click an action in the list, or a note in the Notes Tab to open a new window.
The controls for the Actions and Notes windows are the same as those for the Detail view with the following additions.
Typographical Control
Standard typographical controls allow you to fully express yourself in your descriptions and notes. Just highlight the text and click the control to apply the formatting.
Action Window
The Action Window has some additional controls:

Email addresses and URLs
Both the Detail field and the Notes will automatically recognise links to email addresses and web pages.
Just type an email or URL and Actio will detect and turn it into a clickable link. Click the link to take you directly to your email client or your browser.
