Deleting Actions

You can delete actions from your project easily but be warned that this permanently removes the action and all of its content (e.g. dates, notes, flags etc) from the project.

The preferred way to remove an item from your list is to close it and then use the RAG filters so that closed items are not visible. In this way you maintain a complete historic record of everything you have done.

You can also delete folders or groups of actions - note that this will also delete any sub-actions that are contained within the folder.
