Select One

You can select one action at a time by:

• Clicking the action in the list with the mouse.
• Moving up and down the list with the arrow keys.

Select Range

Holding down the Shift key and either clicking another action or scrolling up or down with the arrow keys will select all actions in a range.

Select Multiple

Holding down the Command key and clicking another action will add that to a multi-selection. Command+clicking any selected item will de-select that item.

Multi-Select Functions

The following functions can be edited across multiple selections:

• Detail text (note any text included in the selected items will be replaced)
• Closed Action
• Closed Date
• Delete Note
• Due Date (except where it is part of a repeating date)
• Flag
• Owner
• Significance
• Indexing
• RAG Days
• RAG Dates (but note this might produce unexpected results if the due date is different)
• Text Export (requires Actio Unlimited)

The following functions will only change the first selected action in a multi-selection

• New Note
