Status Tab

The status tab includes the most used fields for each action.

Field Functions

Button	Function	More Information
	Closes or re-opens an action or next due date within the action. Option+click will always close the action - regardless of how many sub-actions or dates are still open within the action.
	Click to use the calendar to select a due date or use the mouse wheel or 2 fingered scroll to scroll through dates.
	Choose a repeating period for the action - creates an un-ending repeat.
	Allows a colored flag an description to be associated with the action.
	Type the owners name or select from the drop down list. If a new owner is not recognised then the Manage Owners window will open to add in more details about the new owner.
	Allows a range of different styles of indexes or bullets to be applied to this action and its siblings.
	Actions have normal significance by default. Minor significance allows a dated action to be included in a project or folder its resultant RAG status is not reflected into the RAG status of its parent or the project. This allows less important items to be tracked but without affecting the overall status. Major significance is reserved for a future version of Actio.
