Create Actions and Sub-Actions

Actio has been designed for the rapid creation of Actions and sub-Actions by using straightforward keyboard entry or by using buttons on the window you are using.

Edit Titles

Titles of actions can be edited after creation.

Add & Edit Detail in Actions

The large detail field in the Detail View is the place to answer the What questions. You have full typographical control over the content of this field.

Deleting Actions

Deleting actions will completely remove the action from the project and should be done with care. The preferred approach is to close a completed action.

Closing Actions & Due Dates

Closing an action will also mark any sub-actions as closed. Actions that contain repeating or multiple dates will only be closable once all the enclosed dates have been closed.
